Long and Lean

Those were the words the doctor used to describe Eddie today at his appointment.  He currently weighs 24 lbs. 8 oz. (53 %) and is 31 1/2 inches long (71%).  Not too surprising given the fact that Uncas is pretty long and lean himself.  The rest of the appointment was fine.  He had some shots, which Eddie was not fond of at all!  We are also dealing with some eczema which is completely foreign territory for me.  I was very very blessed with awesome skin (other than being super sensitive to wool - even cashmere is too itchy for me!)  Poor little guy is super blotchy this week, due to the heat and it's really starting to bother him.  Fortunately it's treatable, but his legs and arms look kind of awful.  Thankfully his face is still sweet as can be!

I also had an appointment today.  Nothing exciting on the baby front.  Everything is fine.  The baby moves around like crazy, has a good heartbeat, my BP is great . . . I must be a very boring patient.
