Weekend Recap

I'm sitting here surfing the web with a sleeping girl in my arms and I remembered - hey - I could do a blog entry!  Fingers crossed that the little boy doesn't wake up before I finish!!!

This weekend my parents came to town.  We had a good time.  My mom took the day off of work on Friday, so they were here for lunch.  Imagine my surprise when they pulled up in their brand new convertible!  I knew they were looking at getting a new car (they have a Honda Civic that about 18 years old with 280k miles on it!), but I had no idea they were thinking convertible!!!

We didn't do anything overly exciting over the weekend.  Uncas did finally redeem his Valentine's Day present and went and got a massage on Saturday.  Grandma and Grandpa enjoyed playing with the kids and Uncas and I went out for a quick drink on Saturday night.  Sunday my mom and I went shopping, which was fun, but way too short!

Eddie loved seeing Grandma and Grandpa and wowed them with his new vocabulary.  We also started transitioning Edith to her crib upstairs at night.  So far, she's been doing great up there.
