Great Minnesota Get-Together
On Saturday we headed to the State Fair. In Minnesota it's a big deal. Last year we went and while Eddie had fun, the adults would have been happier not going. This year we were determined to make it a better time. To start - we went in the morning. The kids had fun seeing the animals, eating lots of fried food and Eddie got to be a farmer! I think next year we'll try a week day! After about 3 hours we were ready to head home (Eddie fell asleep in the stroller going to the car while we were still at the fair!) It didn't help that Edith, Eddie and I were all fighting colds. But we ate lots of yummy food and the people watching couldn't be beat!
